NB The course booking system is used by a number of providers across Queen Mary, not just those within Academic Development.
Please visit the course booking system using the button above.
The first time you visit the course booking system you will have to create yourself an account. In the top left hand corner of the page you will see the word ‘Register’, just click there and fill out the simple form. The course booking system does not use your QMUL username (e.g. abc123); please do not use this as your username or password.
Searching for courses:
In order to book onto a course you will need to be logged in, please ensure that you log-in before you begin searching to avoid losing your place later.
Once you have logged in you will be on the course list page. Here you can scan the list or use the search function using the criteria at the top of that list. You can search by course name, course code, course date or course type.
- To search by course name: enter a key word into the title box and press search
- To search by course code: enter your code into the course code box and press search (only search this way if you already know your code)
- To search by course date: enter your preferred dates into the date boxes and press search (please note that these search boxes are preset to the dates of the current academic year but can be changed to show courses running in the next academic year)
- To search by course type: please select a type from the drop down menu and press search
Courses can be booked in two ways. The first is to click on the blue book icon next to a course on the course list. The second is to click ‘Book This Course’ on the bottom of the course description page.
Please note that while most of our course are open for you to book onto, some of our courses are part of closed programmes and will not be bookable.
